What is the order process?

Our order process is simple and structured:

  1. Step 1 – Advance Payment:
    To begin the project, a 50% advance payment is required based on your selected package.
  2. Step 2 – Design Brief Submission:
    Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll give you a form to collect the brief about your brand and logo preferences. Your order will be officially confirmed after you submit the completed form. If needed, our creative team will follow up for any additional information.

After that, our design process begins.

To create a logo that truly reflects your brand, we collect the following key information:

  1. Logo Name – The exact name or wording to appear in the logo
  1. Tagline or Slogan (if any) – If you’d like the tagline included in the logo.
  1. Business Type – A brief description of what your company does
  2. Brand Vision – What your brand stands for and aims to achieve
  3. Target Audience – Who your products or services are meant for
  4. Competitors – Any direct competitors or reference brands
  5. Preferred Colors  – Any specific color choices you’d like us to consider
  6. Preferred Style – Minimal, bold, modern, playful, elegant, etc.
  1. Design References: Any logos or styles you like (helps us understand your taste visually)
  2. Elements to Include or Avoid: Any specific icons, symbols, or cultural elements to include or strictly avoid.

We’ll send you a simple form to collect all this information after your order is confirmed. This helps us align the design with your brand’s identity and goals.

Our design process is collaborative, efficient, and tailored to your brand. It includes three key phases:

  1. Concept Development:
    Based on your brief, our design team develops the initial logo concept(s) and delivers them within the committed timeline.
  2. Feedback & Revisions:
    You can review the designs and request revisions as per the package.
  3. Final Delivery:
    Once the design is approved, we deliver the final logo files in multiple formats (as specified in your package), suitable for both digital and print use.

We ensure every step is handled with care and creativity to deliver a logo that truly represents your brand.

Our priority is to create a logo that truly reflects your brand. In most cases, our collaborative design process helps us reach a successful outcome. However, we understand that creative preferences can vary. If you’re still not satisfied after the included revisions, you have two options:

  1. Request an Additional Concept:
    You may request an Additional Concept at a minimal additional cost.
  2. Order Cancellation:
    If you choose to cancel the order at this stage:
    • You will not have the right to use any of the submitted designs in any form.
    • Nondon will retain full copyright ownership of all design materials provided.
    • The advance payment will be considered a service charge and is non-refundable.
