Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 22-05-25

Orders canceled within 24 hours and before work begins are eligible for a full refund.
Once work has started, payments made are non-refundable.
Partial work completion refunds will be handled case-by-case according to Nondon’s policy.
Cancellation requests must be made through official communication channels.
Any financial losses due to cancellation may be borne by the client.
