What is the order process?

Our order process is simple and structured:

    To begin the project, a 50% advance payment is required based on your selected package.
  2. Step 2 – Design Brief Submission:
    Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll give you a form to collect the brief about your brand and design preferences. Your order will be officially confirmed after you submit the completed form. If needed, our creative team will follow up for any additional information.

After that, our design process begins.

We’ll ask for:

  • Post topics or captions
  • Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts)
  • Preferred tone or style
  • Any reference/inspiration, if available

We’ll also guide you through a short onboarding form for clarity.

Absolutely. We can follow your existing brand guideline including fonts, colors, logos, and tone of voice. If you don’t have one, we’ll create designs based on your preferences and previous posts.

By default, we provide high-quality JPEG and PNG files optimized for social media use. Source files (AI, PSD) are not included.

If you require the editable source files, please let us know in advance—an additional fee may apply depending on the project scope.
